US May Use Drone Raids Inside America

The attorney general, Eric Holder said a drone strike within the borders of the US and against an American citizen may be carried out in what he called an extraordinary circumstance.
He made the remarks in a statement in a response to an inquiry by Republican Senator Rand Paul, who had questioned the Justice Department on Tuesday if it believed that President Barack Obama had the legal authority to order an assassination drone strike on an American while present on US soil.
Paul said the administration’s “refusal to rule out the possibility of drone strikes on American citizens and on American soil is more than frightening – it is an affront the Constitutional due process rights of all Americans.”
At least three Americans have been reportedly killed by US drone strikes in Yemen, including Anwar al-Awlaki, his 16-year-old son Abdul-Rahman and Samir Khan.
In September 2012, a report by the Stanford Law School and the New York University School of Law gave an alarming account of the effect that assassination drone strikes have on ordinary people in Pakistan’s tribal areas.
The report noted, “The number of ‘high-level’ targets killed as a percentage of total casualties is extremely low, estimated at just two percent.”

CIA Killed 9/11 Author in Black Ops Hit

A former US National Security Agency officer says the 9/11 investigative author Philip Marshall and his children were killed in a “black ops hit” by the CIA, dismissing the suicide hypothesis.
Wayne Madsen said in a show organized by Kevin Barrett, that he had reached the conclusion after a weeklong investigation.
Marshall was afraid of being silenced for his revelations about 9/11, Madsen said.
Along with Marshall, 14-year-old Micalia and her 17-year-old brother Alex were also found dead.
Madsen suggested that Marshall, who had observed many covert operations, had decided to shed light on mysterious issues in the last years of his life.
Marshall believed the former US President George Bush had pulled off the 9/11 attack to foment a government coup.
In his fourth book, he was supposed to disclose blockbuster information.
According to Madsen, the crime scene was cleaned up by professionals, and there was also “an SUV, license plate undetermined, with an array of communication antennas bristling from the roof” outside the building. Continue reading National News →

Partners in CrimeAssad, Mursi & Ahmadinejad

“Allah merely forbids you from taking as friends those who have fought you in the deen and driven you from your homes, and who cooperated with others in your expulsion. Any who take them as friends are indeed the wrongdoers.”  TMQ 60:9

On Tuesday, February 5, 2013, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Cairo in the first visit by an Iranian president to Egypt in 34 years. After arriving, he held talks with President Mohammad Mursi on the evening of their participation in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Summit. He also visited the Sheikhs of Al-Azhar and the President of Al-Azhar, Ahmad Al-Tayeb, where Al-Tayeb’s position was lightly marked with sharpness regarding some Iranian policies in the region.

President Mursi’s reception of Ahmadinejad is strange, reprehensible and unacceptable. President Mursi knows he warmly received the honored friend of Bashar, butcher of Ash-Sham, who has orphaned its children, widowed its women, murdered its elders and demolished its mosque. Ahmadinejad is Bashar’s partner in his crimes. Is such a reception worthy of a man like him? Was this reception an Egyptian reward for the Iranian regime for its support of the tyrant of Ash-Sham, supplying him with all means of survival?

Islam obligates brotherhood and love among Muslims to work to strengthen the spirit of cooperation, communication, convergence and tolerance between the different sects of Muslims around the globe, but not the likes of President Ahmadinejad’s support of a murderous tyrant who kills his own people. The Iranian regime has gone to great lengths in defending the tyranny of Bashar and his Shabiha. In fact Iran inseparably intertwined its relationship with the criminal regime when the advisor on International Affairs to the Supreme Leader of the Iranian Revolution, Ali Akbar Welayati announced on January 26, 2013 that “An attack on Syria would be considered an attack on Iran.” Thus, it became clear that the news of the Iranian regime dispatching fighters and military experts to back Bashar in the killing of the people in Syria is a truth that cannot be denied.

As for President Mursi, instead of showing such warm hospitality to one who is a partner with Bashar in his crimes, he should have shown his disapproval of Iran’s position with Syria by closing the Iranian embassy in Egypt.

Devious Campaign Against Muslims

“O you who believe! if an evil-doer comes to you with a report, look carefully into it, lest you harm a people in ignorance, then be sorry for what you have done” TMQ 49:6

In late 2012 Pam Gellar, head of the American Freedom Defense Initiative released ads in the San Francisco subway system, with the hope of running them on the Washington D.C. Metro system as well. The ad stated: “In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat jihad.”

The provocative ads were meant to position Islam as a backwards, savage religion, and to stoke the flames of Islamophobia. The heated public debate about Islam and Muslims in the U.S. started with the incidents that took place on September 11, 2001, and has repeatedly been driven into the public consciousness with such incidents as the “Ground Zero Mosque”, and anti-Shari’ah bills that many states are now considering. Thus a growing number of Muslim schools and masjids can’t begin new construction because of an alleged anti-Muslim bias, most notably, the global response to the amateur film “The Innocence of Muslims”.

In light of this, the ads were meant to juxtapose Islam and Muslims as savages against the rest of the civilized world. No doubt, these ads are designed to scare Muslims, make them afraid to practice their religion, and make the general public afraid of Islam and Muslims. Many of these tricks are depicted in cartoons in an attempt to intimidate or threaten Muslims.

Some Muslims have sought to re-define Islam to make it more acceptable. Islam cannot be redefine for Allah has already perfected it. The duty of the Muslim is to invite people to Islam, and to clarify any misunderstanding they may have because of the distortions put forth by the enemies of Islam. The best example of this is when Jafar ibn Abi Talib was asked to explain Islam to Nejashi. He was chosen to be the spokesperson for the Muslims when the Quraish sought to extradite them and forcibly return them to Makkah. Despite their fear, they remained steadfast in their deen and forthright in their call to Islam. In spite of being in a stressful situation, Jafar said:

O King, we were a people in a state of ignorance and immorality, worshipping idols and eating the flesh of dead animals, committing all sorts of abomination and shameful deeds, breaking the ties of kinship, treating guests badly, and the strong among us exploited the weak. We remained in this state until Allah sent us a Prophet, one of our own people, whose lineage, truthfulness, trustworthiness, and integrity were well known to us. He called us to worship Allah alone, and to renounce the stones and the idols, which we and our ancestors used to worship Continue reading Devious Campaign Against Muslims →

Mali and Europes’ Scramble for Africa

As soon as 2013 started, French military forces started Operation Serval and began pounding targets in Mali backed by air support and a multilateral African force. French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said the deployment was necessary to “stop the advance of criminal and terrorist groups,” with President Francois Hollande adding that the troops would stay “as long as necessary” to halt the nations slide into the hands of extremists. Irrespective of the statements coming from the West, there are four issues that need to be addressed in order to understand why Mali is the latest nation on the West’s radar.

Firstly, Mali was thrown into turmoil when junior military officers overthrew the civilian government a month before general elections were to take place in April 2012. Under Mali’s constitution a President cannot seek a third term, and the ousted President did not express any intention in seeking it neither, nevertheless a coup still ensued. The coup that took place was with the help of the US. US diplomats confirmed: “The coup leader Captain Omedua Ahmedou Haia Sanogo had been chosen from among elite officers by the U.S. Embassy to receive military training to combat terrorism in the United States.” He added that “Sanogo travelled several times to America on special missions …” The US had only recently expanded ties with Mali signing a number of deals, including agreements to train Malian forces through hand picking officers that would travel to the US for training.

Secondly, as a result of the coup carried out by junior officers against their senior officers, security in the country fell apart and the whole North rejion of Mali was taken over by the Tuaregs and a number of Islamic groups. The Tuaregs eventually lost out to the Ansar Deen faction, which continues to rule the north of Mali and calls for the Shari’ah to be implemented in all of Mali. The junior officers who undertook the coup have failed to halt the expansion of the Ansar Deen southwards and have capitulated in the face of this onslaught, as a result losing a number of key towns in central Mali. Amongst them, the recent loss of Konna, a strategic town in the center of the country, this was a big blow to the coup officers. Continue reading Mali and Europes’ Scramble for Africa →

Muslim Youth being Misled

“He who is asked about something he knows and conceals it, he will have a bridle of fire put on him on the Day of Resurrection.” Reported by Anas

Social and Interfaith Meetings

Islamically, parents are responsible for their children’s learning experiences, especially when it comes to their spiritual development. Today many Muslim children are being misled with the direct approval of their parents.  To give an example, one well-known Muslim organization promotes Muslim children participation into kufr or un-Islamic programs.

To give a gist of what kind of participation, the following was noted. In November 2011, two Muslim youth, ages 10 and 14 representing one of Chicago’s leading Muslim organizations attended an interfaith meeting at the “Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints,” to give thanks for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was billed as an evening of “religious coexistence” between Jewish, Baha’i, Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths. The program started with a community song sung by all attendees, followed by a speech from a Bishop from the Church of Latter Day Saints. The choir sang the Christian song, “Bright and Beautiful,” and a number of people spoke of their faiths, including a rabbi, a priest, and others.

The lie coming from Muslims and non-Muslims that “We all worship the same God,” is a deceptive way in misleading innocent Muslims into the clutches of Shaitan. The Qur’an clearly points out that there is a difference in the God (swt) worshipped by the Muslims, and the gods worshiped by the Jews and Christians.

“Say: “O you who reject Faith! I worship not that which you worship, nor will you worship that which I worship…’”  TMQ 109:1-3.

Allah (swt) also says of Christian and Jews:

“They have taken their priest and their anchorites (rabbis) to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ, the son of Mary. Yet they were commanded to worship but One God. There is no deity but He, glory be to Him above what they associate with Him.” TMQ 9:31 Continue reading Muslim Youth being Misled →

US Delivers F-16 Warplanes to Egypt

F-16The United States has delivered four F-16 warplanes to Egypt as part of Washington’s annual military aid to Cairo.
The move was interpreted by Egyptian Defense Minister Abdel Fattah al-Sisi as a growing military cooperation between Cairo and Washington.
US and Egyptian officials held a joint ceremony to mark the arrival of the jets on Sunday, the US embassy in Cairo said in a statement.
The military aircraft are part of a group of twenty F-16 warplanes that are planned to be dispatched to Egypt this year with four of them that have already arrived in January, and the rest due later in 2013.
The delivery, however, provoked criticism inside the US Congress with Kentucky Republican Senator Ran Paul calling the action a “huge mistake.”
The United States delivered 224 F-16 aircraft to Egypt at the order of former Egyptian dictator Hosni Mubarak.

Marxist Group Claims Attack on US Embassy in Ankara

A Turkish Marxist group has claimed responsibility for the bomb attack outside the US Embassy in Ankara, in a statement which calls the United States “the murderer of the peoples of the world,”
The statement posted on the Internet by the Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party (DHKP-C) on Saturday denounced American foreign policy.
It also condemned Turkey’s policy of supporting Syrian militants against the government of Bashar al-Assad.
Turkish Interior Minister Muammer Guler said the bomber, who was also killed in the blast, belonged to a leftist group. The site also published two pictures of the bomber identified as Alisan Sanli, who authorities say was previously jailed for his involvement in an attack on a military compound in Istanbul in 1997.
In their statement, the group also condemned the recent deployment of NATO Patriot missile batteries in southern Turkey.  The outlawed group, blacklisted by the United States and the European Union as a terrorist group, has waged a string of attacks over the past few decades that have left dozens of people dead, including prominent political and military figures.
The group has struck American and other Western targets in Turkey before. Continue reading World News →

US ‘Devil’ in Iraq Shot Dead in Texas

US_DevilA former US soldier serving with the army in Iraq, known as the most prolific sniper in the history of the United States, has been murdered in the state of Texas.
Chris Kyle along with another man, Chad Littlefield, were shot dead at a shooting range in Glen Rose, located southwest of Dallas.
Kyle, a 38-year-old former cowboy, had killed ove 150 people while serving four tours of duty in Iraq, making him one of the deadliest snipers the US has ever seen.
In 2012, he wrote the bestseller book called American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History, where he said to have killed more than 250 people as a sniper.
While serving four tours of duties in Iraq, the sniper was dubbed as “the Devil” and apparently showed little remorse for his victims.
“Every person I killed I strongly believe that they were bad,” Kyle said in an interview with the BBC last year.
“When I do go face God there is going to be lots of things I will have to account for, but killing any of those people is not one of them,” Kyle added.

Obama Signs Legislation to Lift Debt Ceiling

US President Barack Obama has passed legislation that suspends the nation’s borrowing limit, averting a default and pushing debt talks until later in the year.
Obama signed into law the new bill on Monday, which postpones the USD 16.4 trillion limit on federal borrowing until May 18 and at the same time urges lawmakers to adopt a budget resolution by April 2015.
This comes while on May 19, the debt limit will be raised, allowing the government to have access to approximately USD 450 billion to avert a default.
The Senate approved the bill last week after the Democratic members including Obama warned that failure to pass the bill would threaten economic recovery.
Meanwhile, the US House of Representatives approved to lift the country’s debt ceiling late last month, with the Republicans including a provision that temporarily denies lawmakers’ pay if they fail to create a budget plan.
As lawmakers avoided the fiscal cliff about a month ago, deep spending cuts are expected to hit the Pentagon and federal agencies on March 1.
Figures from September 2012 show that more than 46 million Americans, 15 percent of the US population, are living in poverty, making it the highest rate during the past 40 years. Continue reading National News →

Mass killing of Children Tragic in US, Legitimized in Pakistan

Barack Obama’s tears for the children of Newtown, Connecticut are in stark contrast to his silence over the children murdered by his drones. “Mere words cannot match the depths of your sorrow, nor can they heal your wounded hearts .These tragedies must end, and to end them, we must change.” Every parent can connect with what President Obama said about the murder of 20 children in Newtown, Connecticut. There can scarcely be a person on earth with access to the media who is untouched by the grief of the people of that town.

It must follow that what applies to the children murdered there by a deranged young man should also apply to the children murdered in Pakistan. These children are just as important, just as real, just as deserving of the world’s concern. Yet there are no presidential speeches or presidential tears for them; no pictures on the front pages of the world’s newspapers. There are no interviews with grieving relatives or minute analysis of what happened and why.

If the victims of Mr. Obama’s drone strikes are mentioned by the state at all, they are discussed in terms, which suggest that they are less than human. Rolling Stone magazine reports the people who operate the drones describe the casualties as “bug splats”, “since viewing the body through a grainy-green video image gives the sense of an insect being crushed”. They are reduced to vegetation: justifying the drone war. In order to justify the continuation of drone strikes, Obama’s counter terrorism adviser Bruce Riedel explained, “you’ve got to mow the lawn all the time. The minute you stop mowing, the grass is going to grow back.” He is comparing the loss of Muslims lives to mere reduction of over grown vegetation.

Like George Bush’s government in Iraq, Obama’s administration neither documents nor acknowledges the civilian casualties of the drone strikes in northwest Pakistan. But, a report by the law schools at Stanford and New York universities suggests that during the first three years of his time in office, the 259 strikes for which he is ultimately responsible killed between 297 and 569 civilians, of whom at least 64 were children. There may be more, which have not been fully documented. Continue reading Mass killing of Children Tragic in US, Legitimized in Pakistan →
